Hey Team Howard...time to get rolling again for our 9th year! Mark your calendars for Sat. May 19th, at Montrose Harbor and for the 2nd time, this will be a "5k timed-chip" run/walk! Check in will begin at 7:30 and the walk/run starting at 9.
